As a child, as an adolescent, as an adult woman, I regularly hear that I seem dreamy when my thoughts are so preocupied…

This is where I was and have been all along. Creating and expressing my passion. As a self-thought person, I hope to be able to take you along and fascinate you in my “dreamy” world.

My work consists of drawings on paper and paintings on canvas. I often use special Hennep techniques to alter the canvas, and to create interesting 3D reliëf layers with unique tactile effects. This also causes the light to playfully hit the pieces, and change what you see.

Visual surprises, optical illusions and interesting contradictions are trademarks of my style.

My work is characterized by a deeper meaning on different levels, for example my political and philosophical views on the world and mankind.
